The amount of compensation you receive depends on a number of factors, including the type of injury you’ve had, and the impact it has had on your life.

Our compensation calculator is designed to give you a rough idea of the amount of compensation you could receive based on information from people who have had injuries similar to you.  It takes into account your injury, loss of earnings and any other costs you’ve incurred as a result of your injury.

As every claim is different, the compensation calculator can’t tell you exactly how much you will receive – you could win more or less if your claim is successful.  However, it will give you a good idea of the amount you could be entitled to claim.
